Rates to the Studio?

We keep it simple here a flat $35 per hour. This includes Tracking, Mixing, Mastering, Burning, Set-up and tear-down. All time in the studio spent on your project counts.

I will on occasion bid by the project and not by the hour, but this practice is exclusive to only large projects exceeding 20 hours in length.

Rates for "Stage, Sound, & Light", Events as well as "DJ and Karaoke" events.

We Keep it a simple as to how we quote events.

We charge $45 per hour for the duration of the event. This includes all operation and expertise of all the equipment.

Then consider the "Equipment Package" that will be required to successfully achieve the goals of the event. Prior to a quote we will discuss the event and come to a mutual agreement as to what is required. So that you understand how we quote your event below is some basic packages to consider. These prices include set-up, tear-down and moving of equipment reasonable distances, Please no stairs unless specified.

Small P.A. Package - $100
This package is ideal for most Parties, DJ & Karaoke events, Meetings, Receptions, and other events where only moderate volume levels are required. Equipment included is an 8 channel mixer, two 18" Sub Cabinets, two 15" Full Range Cabinets, 1500 Watts of audio power, Two wireless Mic's or Lapel Mic's, every thing needed to hook-up and operate system including the ability to play music.

Medium P.A. Package - $150
This package is ideal for larger rooms, mostly indoor events, band gigs unless they are Rap or Heavy Metal, Concerts with moderately loud music, larger dances, and Receptions. Equipment included is a 24 channel mixer, all the effects and signal processing gear, 10,000 watts of audio power, up to 4 stage monitors, four 18" Subs, four 15" Low Mids, two 12" High Mids, six high freq. horns, all the Mic's, stands and cabling required.

Large P.A. Package - $200
This package is ideal for Outdoor events, Large Rooms, band gigs, Concerts with loud music. Equipment included is a 24 or 32 channel mixer, all the effects and signal processing gear, 20,000 watts of audio power, up to 6 stage monitors, eight 18" Subs, eight 15" Low Mids, four 12" High Mids, 12 high freq. horns, all the Mic's, stands and cabling required.

20' X 16' Portable Stage - $100
This is a stage that can be up-to 16' X 20' is size. It comes in 4' X 8' sections and can be configured for your needs. It does require for the ground or floor to be level if not there may be an offset between the sections. Most of these fee is labor.

Small Light Show - $50
This is ideal for Parties, DJ & Karaoke events, Receptions, Bands where Lighting is not critical. Equipment included is one light stand with a square truss. 8 par cans, some moving effect lighting.

Medium Light Show - $75
This is ideal for Stage use, Bands where Lighting is more critical. The Equipment included is Two crank light stands, Aluminum Trussing across the front of the stage, 16 par Cans, several types of Moving effect lighting

Large Light Show - $100
This is ideal for Stage use, Bands where Lighting is critical. The Equipment included is four crank light stands, Aluminum Trussing across the front and back of the stage, 24 par Cans, several types of moving effect lighting, a 1000 Watt Follow Spot Light, and Smoke Machine

Adding Karaoke to your event - $50
With the use of a P.A. package, this adds a monitor screen on a stand to read the lyrics by. With over 100,000 karaoke songs to choose from.

Using our 16000 Watt power Generator - $10 per hour.
This is enough power to power-up everything. The charge is to cover gas and ware on the generators.

There is a 2 hour minimum on all events. All Day or Multiple day Events Will be quoted on a per Event basis.

Any time there is over moderate distances that the equipment has to be hauled or there are stairs involved this must be specified at the time of the quote.

Travel distances further than 30 miles from area code 75418 will have a nominal travel charge of $1 per mile one-way. This is determined by using Google Maps. To cover gas and other travel related expenses.

WE REALLY DO want your business. Our goal is to see your event or project a success, while staying within your budget. We promise to be honest and up-front about all our capabilities, what we can and cannot do, and will not slip additional charges in on you at the last minute.
