We are so proud of our rates we actually publish them. I do not know of any other audio production companies that do that. Here is the information we use to come up with our quotes. We charge $45 per hour labor during the event for up to one pro-audio tech and two qualified stage hands. For really large events or events that require really fast set-ups or take downs more stage hands are added for an additional $15 per hour each. This includes all operation and expertise of all the equipment. Note: There is a 4 hour minimum on this charge. Then consider the "Equipment Package" that will be required to successfully achieve the goals of the event. Prior to a quote we will discuss the event and come to a mutual agreement as to what is required. So that you understand how we quote your event below is some basic packages to consider. These prices include set-up, tear-down and moving of equipment reasonable distances, Please no stairs unless specified. Any time there is over moderate distances that the equipment has to be hauled or there are stairs involved this must be specified at the time of the quote. (Note: If you use 3 or more of or equipment categories in your quote a 20% package discount will be applied to all equipment charges.) Travel distances further than 60 miles from area code 75418 will have a nominal travel charge of $1.25 per mile round-trip. This is determined by using Google Maps. To cover gas and other travel related expenses. Some events require two trips so be aware of that. All equipment rates are per day. On multiple day events the equipment charges are ½ the daily rate for every additional day. With the exception of labor and power generators they remain at the same rate. Stage Roof Tops & Light Truss Assemblies ( Note: All Stage Roof Tops are quoted at $1.25 per square foot, Similar Light truss assemblies are quoted at a $1.00 per square foot minus the tarp. Smaller light trusses on stands are quoted individually.) v 26 X 20 X 23 520 sq. ft. Roof = $650, Just Truss Assembly $520. v 33 X 20 X 23 660 sq. ft. Roof = $825, Just Truss Assembly $660. v 30 X 26 X 23 780 sq. ft. Roof = $975, Just Truss Assembly $780. v 33 X 26 X 23 858 sq. ft. Roof = $1072, Just Truss Assembly $858. v 40 X 26 X 23 1040 sq. ft. Roof = $1300, Just Truss Assembly $1040. v 40 X 30 X 23 1200 sq. ft. Roof = $1500, Just Truss Assembly $1200.   Portable Stages v Portable Stage - $2 per sq. foot, this includes setup and take-down. v Up to a 32ft X 24ft stage is broken up into 4ft X 8ft sections, adjustable up to 48" high. You can configure the stage you want in 4ft increments. It does require for the ground or floor to be somewhat level if you want the stage to be level. We have set the stage on unleveled ground but we do not guarantee the stage to be totally level in that case. This includes Stairs. Railing is available for an additional charge of $1 per foot. v Sound Systems ( Note: All P.A. Packages come with all the necessary mics, cabling, stands, and everything needed to operate the system) v Small P.A. Package - $250.00 This package is ideal for most Parties, DJ & Karaoke events, Meetings, Receptions, and other events where only moderate volume levels are required. Equipment included is an 8 channel mixer, two 18" Sub Cabinets, two 15" Full Range Cabinets, 1500 Watts of audio power, Two wireless Mic's or Lapel Mic's, every thing needed to hook-up and operate system including the ability to play music. v Medium / Small P.A. Package - $375 This package is ideal for indoor events, clubs, band gigs unless they are Rap or Heavy Metal, Concerts with moderately loud music, larger dances, and Receptions. Equipment included is a 24 channel mixer, all the effects and signal processing gear, 20,000 watts of audio power, up to 4 stage monitors, four 18" Subs, four 15" Mids, 4 high freq. horns. v Medium / Large P.A. Package - $475 This package is ideal for indoorand some outdoor events, clubs, band gigs including Rap and Heavy Metal, Concerts with Fairly loud music or where it is required to be heard long distances. Equipment included is a 32 channel mixer, all the effects and signal processing gear, 30,000 watts of audio power, up to 6 stage monitors, eight 18" Subs, eight 15" Mids, 8 high freq. horns. v Mega P.A. Package - $575  This package is ideal for Outdoor events, Really Large Halls or Auditoriums, Concerts with loud music, or events where the sound is intended to travel longer distances. Equipment included is a 32 channel mixer, all the effects and signal processing gear, 40,000 watts of audio power, up to 6 stage monitors, Sixteen 18" Subs, Sixteen 15" Mids, Sixteen high freq. horns.   Stage Lighting v  Small Light Show - $150 This is ideal for Parties, DJ & Karaoke events, Receptions, Bands where Lighting is not critical. Equipment included is 8 par cans, some moving LED and effect lighting. v Medium Light Show - $250This is ideal for Stage use, Bands where Lighting is more critical. The Equipment included 16 par Cans or LED lighting, several types of Moving effect lighting v Large Light Show - $350 This is ideal for Stage use, Bands where Lighting is critical. The Equipment included is 24 par Cans or LED lighting, several types of moving and intelligent DMX effect lighting, a 1000 Watt Follow Spot Light, and Hazer. Additional Options v Adding Karaoke to your event - $50 With the use of a P.A. package, this adds a monitor screen on a stand to read the lyrics by. With over 50,000 karaoke songs to choose from. v Power Generators - $25 per hour with a total power of 17000 Watts. This is enough power to power-up everything. The charge is to cover gas and ware on the generators.   The Charges for all DJ events v For our Standard 4 hour DJ package - $375 includes: v A top quality sound system, v A Computerized 150,000 song data base,(All Genres) v DJ & MC v Wireless Mics v A Full array of "state of the art" LED DMX Dance Floor Lighting, Effects Lighting, Scanners, and a Hazer upon request. v For Karaoke with 50,000 song choices add $50. v If there is no power available at the location a fee of $50 will be added for the use of our generator. Rates at the Recording Studio v  We keep it simple here a flat $35 per hour. This includes Tracking, Mixing, Mastering, Burning, Set-up and tear-down. All time in the studio spent on your project counts. v  I will on occasion bid by the project and not by the hour, but this practice is exclusive to only large projects exceeding 20 hours in length. We really do care about your business. Our goal is to see your event or project a success, while staying within your budget. We promise to be honest and up-front about all our capabilities and costs. We will not slip additional charges in on you at the last minute.
